AND LOTS OF KINSFOLKS
I am doing this web page not
only hoping to attain more information on my family heritage,
but also to help others searching
these lines.
Researching my family has provided me with a personal fullfilment even with all those brick walls that you come up with here and there. And I'm still coming up with them. Alot of my information on the Cushman line has come from various Family Tree Maker CD's, a second cousin that I met on first starting this venture, and I've been doing some of my own foot-work. I might also add that having so many people already researching the same line make things a heck of a lot easier.
One gentlemen sent me two additional generations on my Needham line. He gave me his source as the "History of Norway", so I bought the "The History of Norway," "The History of Bethel" and "The History of Woodstock". On just the History of Woodstock, I was able to increase my database from 333 to over 1,000 people. Now, of course they aren't all directly related, but are connected in someway.
On the LeMerdy and Graham
lines, I'm still hitting a blank wall. But, bare with me as
alot
is still on-going, and
like everyone else it never seems to stop.
If I can help anyone out there with the aid of the books I mentioned above, or if you are researching the same families, please don't hesitate to e-mail me at [email protected]
Surnames
This is all still under construction and I'm
a real newbie, so keep coming back and you might find that surname you
are researching.
